As a physiotherapist with a passion for my work, I am committed to offering effective treatment based on recent scientific recommendations and adapted to your needs. Together, we will do our utmost to achieve your health or performance goals. I am able to receive you in French, English or Dutch in my office for various treatments. Passionate about sports, I hold a Master's degree in Kinesitherapy and am able to take care of all your musculoskeletal disorders (tendinopathies, fractures, muscle injuries, sprains, ...), neurological, respiratory or other, as well as to accompany you during a post-operative rehabilitation. I am also trained in lymphatic and manual drainage, and am currently training in sports physiotherapy. My consultations take place on Monday mornings, Tuesday mornings, Thursday mornings and Friday mornings at the City Clinic, Avenue Louise, and I will be happy to welcome you.

Holder of a master's degree in physiotherapy and rehabilitation from the Free University of Brussels in 2016, I was able to work in different establishments (rest home, polyclinic and medical homes) and with different age groups including adolescents, adults and seniors. I am dedicated, attentive to my patients and very involved in understanding the bio-psycho-social aspect of any pathology in order to ensure optimal treatment. Professionalism, respect, dynamism and good humor are the pillars on which my care is based. Nathalie Mouton is a physiotherapist since 2010. She is specialized in manual lymphatic drainage (using the Leduc method) as well as in muscle chains for adults and children (GDS method). She started her career at the Centre Médical du Val in Woluwé-Saint-Pierre after completing her Master's degree in physiotherapy at ISEK. She welcomes you in her private practice in Uccle for your physiotherapy sessions.

Having graduated with a master's degree in physiotherapy, I decided to complete my training with a specialized master's degree in the management of musculoskeletal disorders and with a university certificate in manual therapy this year. I have a great interest in musculoskeletal pathologies (joints, muscles, etc.) as well as sports-related pathologies, in connection with my passion for physical activity and more specifically for dance! For more than ten years, I have been practicing breaking (or breakdancing), a physical discipline with an artistic and creative aspect. It was therefore quite natural that I turned to physiotherapy, which focuses on movements and the body in a similar way to dance. Trained in muscular and physiological chains according to the Busquet method, my practice is based on touch and dialogue. It is aimed at adults, adolescents and children who have chronic pain, the cause of which is often unknown: neck pain, lower back pain, headaches, chronic fatigue, etc. Using a combined approach of words and touch, we will investigate to understand and resolve blockages in the body: touch to release body tensions, and dialogue to bring to light the words hidden by the ailments. At your own pace and with respect for everyone. Body work is global, from the feet to the head. My steps also led me to pediatrics. I offer care focused on the concepts of baby Busquet muscle chains, pediatric manual therapy, as well as free motor skills. The little one's sleep is also regularly at the heart of parents' concerns. Interested in this subject, I learned a lot through training and readings. For those who wish, the sessions will therefore be an opportunity to discuss caring support for the baby's sleep. The prices are agreed: the first session amounts to 70€ (assessment) and the following ones to 62€ for one hour.
