I listen to your symptoms while trying to understand their meaning in the moment. It goes without saying that the confidentiality of the interviews is of the utmost importance. J'ai choisi de devenir psychologue d'abord pour comprendre mon fonctionnement interne, me libérer de mes pensées obscures. Grâce aux outils proposés par la psychologie clinique, cette introspection m'a permis de me libérer, de déjouer les "patterns" de ma psyché qui m'empêchaient de m'émanciper. Ma mission maintenant consiste à transmettre ce savoir. ces outils qui permettent de décortiquer notre fonctionnement psychique. aux générations futures et à ceux comme moi qui se sont enfermés dans une routine d'immobilisme. Mes inspirations proviennent de la psychologie systémique mais aussi plus récemment des travaux de J. Peterson et d'I. Yalom.
