As a licensed clinical psychologist, my therapeutic practice is based on a holistic approach to the individual, taking into account emotions, thoughts, body, behavior, spirituality and environment. My background has given me clinical experience in various fields: chronic stress, burn-out, depression, anxiety, cancer, trauma, chronic pain and psychosomatics. The therapeutic work I propose is based on brief therapy and reassociative trauma psychotherapy (RTTP). RTP is a therapeutic tool practiced with the help of strategic conversational hypnosis used for the desensitization of traumatic events whose goal is to reassociate and rebalance the different cognitive, emotional and physical perceptions in order to decrease the traumatic load. During a session, we dialogue and co-construct in order to create the conditions of change that you want to see in your life, the objective being that you can regain control over your emotions and physical sensations. My professional and personal experience also allows me to offer you mind-body tools such as relaxation, breathing, bodyscan and yoga, and psychoeducation if you suffer from chronic pain. I am a clinical psychologist, trained in victimology and psycho-traumatology and in continuing education in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. In parallel to my consultation, I work in the Mental Health Service of the Province of Brabant Wallon in Tubize with adults and adolescents. Hello, I am an approved and supervised clinical psychologist, with a master’s degree from the Free University of Brussels. Trained in the impact of the COVID pandemic, in supporting people experiencing burnout and in psychological assessments, I offer follow-up in French or English to adults and teenagers. My therapeutic approach is intended to be inclusive and active both in listening and in discussions, it is part of an integrative approach and adapts to your pace. Together we create your space for speech and security in an empathetic and caring framework. In sessions, if necessary, I use various media to support expression, such as metaphors, photo-expression, role-playing, Dixit or even drawing. En parallèle j’ai intégré le parcours de formation au métier de l’accompagnant et à la maitrise de l’hypnose chez MHD formation l’école de Marie Helene DINI.

Olivier Lemaire is a physiotherapist-osteopath with 11 years of experience. He is a specialist in sports, shoulder, orthopedics and traumatology following degrees in physiotherapy, manual therapy and osteopathy at IFSO Vichy, ETMA and the universities Paul Henri Spaack .

As a clinical psychologist with a degree from the ULB, I offer a caring and reassuring framework to accompany any person experiencing discomfort, questions or symptoms. Although my approach is mainly analytical, I consider the treatment as an active collaboration between the psychologist and the consultant. Thus, I sometimes use concepts and tools from other approaches (systemic and ttc) in order to adapt my practice to the individuality of the person. Brian Charbel graduated from the International Academy of Osteopathy as a D.O. Osteopath with high distinction in 2019. He began his career studying physical therapy at I.S.E.K. where he graduated in 2010 with high distinction. After specializing in traumatology and sports physiotherapy, he wanted to develop a more holistic approach to the body and first trained in manual therapy and Busquet Physiological Chains. He then went on to study osteopathy.
