Alexandra Dimitropoulou est psychologue depuis 2023, spécialisée en psychologie clinique et en psychopathologie. Je suis également formée à l'EMDR (Désensibilisation et Retraitement par les Mouvements Oculaires), qui est une méthode psychothérapeutique visant à aider les personnes à surmonter des traumatismes et des émotions difficiles. Grâce à une stimulation bilatérale (généralement par des mouvements oculaires), cette approche permet de retraiter des souvenirs douloureux afin de les intégrer plus efficacement dans notre mémoire.
