L’accompagnement se fait par une écoute attentive visant à permettre un apaisement ainsi que la découverte de solutions personnelles. Le suivi peut être ponctuel ou engagé sur du plus long terme en fonction des besoins et des attentes de chacun. Je reçois les adultes et les adolescents.Ma pratique est fondée sur l’approche psychanalytique et sur l’approche psychothérapeutique institutionnelle.

I accompany adults in discomfort or questioning, in relation to private difficulties (anxiety, hypersensitivity, parental exhaustion, illness, ...) and/or situations of suffering at work (loss of meaning, stress, burn-out, toxic relationships, harassment, ...). Psychologist (N° approval 722202443) and prevention consultant in companies for 20 years, I adapt to your individual situation by proposing tools such as hypnosis, sophrology, life coaching or art therapy. These tools allow you to connect with yourself and your resources, the first step towards a rapid wellness. I also receive you (after an initial interview) for walking coaching sessions (in the forest ).

In my practice in Brussels I receive adults for individual therapy. The issues with which I work the most are addictions, anxiety, self-esteem, depression, migratory grief of expats, stress, as well as problems of couple, sexuality, and problems related to the acceptance of sexual orientation and gender identity (LGBTIQ+). Psychotherapy is a very useful tool for people suffering from depression, anxiety or worry over a prolonged period of time, by people who see that they have problems that are affecting their physical and emotional well-being or people who do not see themselves capable of facing an event such as a new job, a divorce or mourning for the loss of a family member.

Ma pratique en Planning Familial et mes formations m'ont permis de développer une éthique inclusive basée sur la singularité des personnes que je rencontre. Dans mon écoute, je combine une compréhension reposant prioritairement sur la logique subjective de l'individu, à des repères théoriques allant des enseignements historiques de la psychanalyse aux dernières découvertes des neurosciences.

After a master's degree in psychology, I trained in analytical psychotherapy, psychoanalysis and systemic psychotherapy. I welcome in my private practice young adults, adults and seniors who wish to be accompanied in a personal journey. Consultations are by appointment only.
