My professional and personal experience also allows me to offer you mind-body tools such as relaxation, breathing, bodyscan and yoga, and psychoeducation if you suffer from chronic pain. J'ai choisi de devenir psychologue d'abord pour comprendre mon fonctionnement interne, me libérer de mes pensées obscures.
