Bienvenue ! Je suis une kinésithérapeute jeune et dynamique, diplômée d’un master en kinésithérapie de la Haute École Provinciale du Hainaut - Condorcet. Je prends en charge tous types de pathologies en kinésithérapie générale, avec pour objectif de vous accompagner vers une récupération optimale et durable. Je suis à votre écoute pour élaborer un traitement adapté à vos besoins, votre bien-être est ma priorité.

Pour assurer une prise en charge régulière et éviter les délais d’attente, il est conseillé de planifier directement deux séances (ou plus) à l’avance.

Ostéopathe et kinésithérapeute diplômée de l’ULB, j’accompagne tous types de patients, adultes, enfants, sportifs et femmes enceintes, avec une approche personnalisée combinant thérapies manuelles, rééducation et conseils pratiques. Mon objectif est de soulager les douleurs musculosquelettiques (lombalgies, cervicalgies, troubles posturaux, tensions liées à la grossesse ou au sport), d’améliorer la mobilité et la qualité de vie. Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. You can find her at the Solilau medical center in Rosières, as well as at her private practice in Lasne.

Passionate about sports, I hold a Master's degree in Kinesitherapy and am able to take care of all your musculoskeletal disorders (tendinopathies, fractures, muscle injuries, sprains, ...), neurological, respiratory or other, as well as to accompany you during a post-operative rehabilitation. I am also trained in lymphatic and manual drainage, and am currently training in sports physiotherapy. My consultations take place on Monday mornings, Tuesday mornings, Thursday mornings and Friday mornings at the City Clinic, Avenue Louise, and I will be happy to welcome you.

With 14 years experience as a physiotherapist at the foot of the Austrian mountains, I have now decided to continue my work in Belgium. 

I've continually developed and trained in the field of orthopaedics, surgery and traumatology.

I am specialised in manual therapy, sports physiotherapy and lymphatic drainage. 

I'm passionate about my work and want to use my knowledge and expertise to support and guide you in your rehabilitation. 

I'm fluent in German and English and have a good level of French, which I'm improving on a daily basis.
