Je suis diététicienne agréée, spécialisée en nutrition du sportif et en diabétologie, et passionnée par l’accompagnement nutritionnel dans toute sa diversité.

J’accueille chaque personne avec une attention particulière à son histoire, ses objectifs, et ses besoins spécifiques. Que ce soit dans le cadre d’un suivi lié à une pathologie comme le diabète, d’un objectif de performance sportive, ou encore d’un moment de vie comme la grossesse, mon approche reste la même : proposer un accompagnement sur-mesure, bienveillant, et basé sur l’écoute.

Formée à l’Université catholique de Louvain (UCL) et au CPSI, je continue à me former régulièrement afin d’offrir une prise en charge toujours actualisée et en phase avec les dernières recommandations scientifiques.
