Anne Weinstein is a clinical psychologist and psychoanalyst. After having practiced for many years in institutional and hospital services, she now works in a mental health service and receives you in her private practice.

As a psychologist, I have decided to focus my practice on both the assessment and management of young adults, adults and the elderly. Psychological and neuropsychological assessments can be requested and performed for diagnostic purposes. Assessment of cognitive functions (memory, attentional functions, executive functions, language, etc.) is usually considered following a head injury, when a degenerative disease is suspected or in the context of other neurological pathologies. I also perform IQ assessments in the context of logopedic reimbursements and suspicion of high potential or mental retardation. These psychological and neuropsychological assessments can also be performed in the context of psychological expertises. In therapy, the persons I receive are confronted with various problems such as a psychological trauma, a personality disorder, depression, malaise, anxiety, anxiety attacks, burnout, professional difficulties, harassment (moral and/or sexual), bereavement, etc.

Each person’s healing path is unique, and my approach is rooted in empathy, creativity, and evidence-based techniques, helping you navigate challenges with self-compassion and resilience.

Formée en ethnopsychiatrie et diplômée d’un master en psychologie clinique et psychopathologie de l’université libre de Bruxelles, je vous reçois dans un cadre chaleureux et convivial, les lundis, mardis, jeudis, vendredis et samedis uniquement sur rendez-vous, dans mon cabinet situé à rue Fernand Pire 12 à 1090 Bruxelles. Dévouée et passionnée par la psychologie, je prends en charge diverses problématiques tels que la dépression, le burnout, les traumatismes, le stress post-traumatique (PTSD), le deuil pathologique, les troubles du comportement alimentaire, les addictions, le soutient à la parentalité, etc. Disposant d’une formation complète et générale, je réalise des consultations individuelles et familiales. In my practice in Brussels I receive adults for individual therapy. The issues with which I work the most are addictions, anxiety, self-esteem, depression, migratory grief of expats, stress, as well as problems of couple, sexuality, and problems related to the acceptance of sexual orientation and gender identity (LGBTIQ+). Psychotherapy is a very useful tool for people suffering from depression, anxiety or worry over a prolonged period of time, by people who see that they have problems that are affecting their physical and emotional well-being or people who do not see themselves capable of facing an event such as a new job, a divorce or mourning for the loss of a family member.
