Alexandra Dimitropoulou est psychologue depuis 2023, spécialisée en psychologie clinique et en psychopathologie. Elle a étudié à l'Université Libre de Bruxelles, où elle a obtenu son master en psychologie clinique. Elle est par ailleurs certifiée en victimologie et en psychotraumatologie ainsi qu’en psychiatrie en âge de transition (16-23 ans). I am a clinical psychologist, trained in victimology and psycho-traumatology and in continuing education in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. In parallel to my consultation, I work in the Mental Health Service of the Province of Brabant Wallon in Tubize with adults and adolescents. As a person and a psychologist, I have always valued listening and empathy. Thus, the welcome and the non-judgmental attitude that I guarantee to my patients, allow me to create a secure relationship with them, characterized by benevolence. My practice is characterized by the use of various tools such as relaxation, anchoring and self-hypnosis techniques. The patient can learn to use these tools to work through his or her emotions and experience them more serenely. The establishment of a trusting and collaborative relationship between the patient and myself is essential in order for us to work together. In this way, the support that I will offer the patient will allow him/her to have a space where he/she can free his/her speech and verbalize his/her emotions, so that we can make sense of what he/she is going through. The change that the patient wants to achieve and the setting of objectives according to his initial request, as well as the realization of new experiences in a secure place, will be at the center of the care that I propose to offer him.

My practice is based on collaboration with the patient in order to respond precisely to the request expressed and to set the objectives to be reached. I work through caring, confidentiality and deep respect by adopting an integrative approach and active listening. Depending on the request, therapies can be brief or prolonged.

Psychologue clinicien de formation, je propose principalement des thérapies analytiques, des thérapies de type cognitivo-comportemental et systémiques.  Je suis également formé à la prise en charge individuelle et collective des traumatismes psychiques qui peuvent intervenir après un événement à fort retentissement émotionnel. 

Mon expérience de plus de 20 ans m’a amené à travailler autour de nombreuses problématiques : troubles anxieux, dépendances, difficultés conjugales, troubles relationnels, deuils, toutes formes de situation de victimisation (agressions sexuelles, violences conjugales,  traumas…), burn-out, difficultés dans la sphère professionnelle, gestion du stress.

Je suis fortement sensibilisé aux questions concernant l’identité et/ou l’identité sexuelle. 

Je propose des accompagnements qui s’adressent à des adultes, des adolescents et des couples.  

Madame Florence Bierlaire est une psychologue avec 25 années d'expérience. Elle est spécialiste des troubles sexuels et alimentaires ainsi que des troubles liés au stress et à l'anxiété. Elle est diplômée de Paris Descartes et exerce depuis 1994. Elle est membre de différentes associations telles que SSUB, Alter-psy, ASCliF ou encore l'ABP . Elle se fera un plaisir de vous recevoir dans son cabinet à Saint-Gilles.
