Mon principal outil est La gestalt thérapie mais je m’aide également d’autres techniques de psychothérapie telles que l’analyse transactionnelle, la PNL, la logosynthèse, la thérapie brève, etc. Mon rôle est d’accompagner les personnes en difficulté afin qu’elles puissent cerner les manques, les dysfonctionnements qui les empêchent d’aller vers un mieux, et ainsi trouver l’alternative qui leur convient dans leur vécu actuel. Mon approche s’adapte aux besoins de chacun : désir de recherche en profondeur sur soi, son existence, résolution de problèmes ponctuels, ou accompagnement d’une problématique de couple. Le travail vise à ce que les personnes puissent ressentir ce qu’elles comprennent (de leur problème), et comprendre ce qu’elles ressentent, afin qu’elles trouvent l’accord avec toutes les parties d’elles-mêmes. Ainsi, à partir de leurs expériences, dans le travail thérapeutique et dans la vie quotidienne, elles pourront s’ouvrir à des possibilités de changement. L’accompagnement d’un couple se concentre sur l’exploration des possibilités d’un accord quel qu’il soit entre les partenaires. Je propose un suivi régulier jusqu'à l'atteinte des objectifs que nous nous serons fixés. Ma pratique en sexologie est assez pratico pratique. J’utilise la méthode cognitivo- comportementale (TCC). C’est-à-dire que je vais apporter au patient une certaine connaissance, une certaine éducation à la sexualité et qu’ensuite nous allons ensemble remettre en question le comportement appris jusqu’ici pour y apporter des changements progressifs au fil des séances. En parallèle j’irai voir dans l’histoire du patient, ce qui a pu créer le problème qui existe aujourd’hui. Mon cabinet dispose d’un accès facile par les transports en commun. Mon objectif est d'aider mes patients à élargir au maximum leur champ du possible, en ce qu’il a pu être limité par leur passé, afin de développer leur potentiel affectif, professionnel, relationnel….
