I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Physiotherapy and a Master’s degree from KU Leuven, where I specialize in Rehabilitation Science with a focus on Manual Therapy for Spinal Disorders and Chronic Pain Rehabilitation. I am currently a candidate for the European Diploma in Pain Physiotherapy.

Additionally, I am a research assistant at Pain in Motion and Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), where I contribute to chronic pain research. I focus on the biopsychosocial factors and personalize my therapeutic plan depending on the needs of the patient.

With a master's degree in physical therapy and rehabilitation in 2012 at UCLouvain, I also trained in sports physical therapy, manual therapy and ortho-kinesis. Trained in muscular and physiological chains according to the Busquet method, my practice is based on touch and dialogue. It is aimed at adults, adolescents and children who have chronic pain, the cause of which is often unknown: neck pain, lower back pain, headaches, chronic fatigue, etc. Using a combined approach of words and touch, we will investigate to understand and resolve blockages in the body: touch to release body tensions, and dialogue to bring to light the words hidden by the ailments. Nathalie Mouton is a physiotherapist since 2010. She is specialized in manual lymphatic drainage (using the Leduc method) as well as in muscle chains for adults and children (GDS method). She started her career at the Centre Médical du Val in Woluwé-Saint-Pierre after completing her Master's degree in physiotherapy at ISEK. She welcomes you in her private practice in Uccle for your physiotherapy sessions.
