I'm a psychologist graduated from the Catholic University of Louvain. I spent more than 10 years in the business world where I had the opportunity to observe people facing change, conflict situations, burnout and the desire for professional retraining. Clinical psychologist graduated in 2016 from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, I have since had the opportunity to work in several institutions welcoming people with various pathologies: autism, psychological disorders, dysphasia, deafness, etc. My professional experiences have been varied and rich in lessons. I am now opening my own practice to accompany children, adolescents and adults in the form of individual interviews. In order to broaden my skills, I am also training in sign language in Ixelles. My psychotherapeutic vision is Freudian inspired. I welcome you for a first meeting at my office or at your home to understand your problems. Je suis psychologue du travail et coach professionnelle. Diplômée en psychologie en 2001 à l'UCL, je me suis d'abord formée à la psychothérapie avec les enfants puis à l'accompagnement des tout-petits (0 - 3 ans). Rencontrer un enfant ne se fait pas sans écouter, et parfois accompagner, ceux qui l'entourent et l'aident à grandir. Progressivement, je me suis donc également formée à travailler avec des adultes, parents ou pas. Aujourd'hui, je reçois tous ceux, petits et grands, qui à un moment de leur vie rencontrent une difficulté, s'interrogent ou sont en souffrance.

During my studies in Psychology at the University of Liege, I was mainly interested in cognitive and behavioral psychology as well as in neuropsychology. These studies now form the basis of my practice with an adult population. Afterwards, while working, I continued to learn and train. Among others, I continued to learn about motivational interviewing, ACT therapy, mindfulness, psycho-education, ... As for my professional career, after several years of expertise for the justice system and work on addictions as a psychologist, my skills as a neuropsychologist have allowed me to focus on supporting people suffering from Alzheimer's disease (or another disease of the same type) as well as their loved ones and professionals in the field. At present, with the benefit of these varied experiences, I can offer you a tailor-made accompaniment, according to your needs. Whether it is a burnout, stress, anxiety, phobias, depression, bereavement, dependency or simply unhappiness, I can accompany you and, together, we will work to recover your well-being.

Ma pratique en Planning Familial et mes formations m'ont permis de développer une éthique inclusive basée sur la singularité des personnes que je rencontre. Dans mon écoute, je combine une compréhension reposant prioritairement sur la logique subjective de l'individu, à des repères théoriques allant des enseignements historiques de la psychanalyse aux dernières découvertes des neurosciences.
