I consult every Monday afternoon from 1pm to 6pm at Rue de Tenbosch 85, office n°4. My main objective is to provide psychological support to my patients, using attentive and empathetic listening.

I specialise in sleep disorders and difficulties related to sexuality, including sexual orientation, gender identity, and relationship problems. I offer caring and inclusive psychological support (LGBTQIA+), adapted to your specific needs.

My practice is based on cognitive-behavioral and emotional therapies, such as ACT therapy (acceptance and commitment therapy) and schema therapy, to help you build a more fulfilled and balanced life. My approach is centered on individuals and couples, with the aim of promoting your well-being and personal development. 

Psychologue clinicienne agréée par la commission des psychologues, diplômée de l'UCL, j'ai ensuite effectué un troisième cycle en psychothérapie systémique (ULB) afin d'avoir une vision plus large des différents systèmes dans lesquels toute personne peut être amenée à évoluer. Je propose de mettre à votre disposition un espace d'écoute, de bienveillance et de co-construction afin de vous accompagner au mieux quel que soit la problématique que vous pouvez rencontrer. Je vous propose un accompagnement sur des thématiques telles que le stress, la gestion des émotions, le manque de confiance ou d'estime de soi, les difficultés relationnelles, le deuil, etc...

I have a degree in Psychological and Pedagogical Sciences (ULB-1994), and I completed my university career with a Certificate in Psychotherapeutic Clinics (ULB-1995). In order to be able to respond in a personalized and efficient way to requests, I continued to train myself in the tools of brief therapy both for individual sessions (LPNL, hypnosis, EFT, logosynthesis, ..) and for couple sessions (positive psycho-sexology).

Formée en ethnopsychiatrie et diplômée d’un master en psychologie clinique et psychopathologie de l’université libre de Bruxelles, je vous reçois dans un cadre chaleureux et convivial, les lundis, mardis, jeudis, vendredis et samedis uniquement sur rendez-vous, dans mon cabinet situé à rue Fernand Pire 12 à 1090 Bruxelles. Dévouée et passionnée par la psychologie, je prends en charge diverses problématiques tels que la dépression, le burnout, les traumatismes, le stress post-traumatique (PTSD), le deuil pathologique, les troubles du comportement alimentaire, les addictions, le soutient à la parentalité, etc. Disposant d’une formation complète et générale, je réalise des consultations individuelles et familiales. Les consultations peuvent être réalisées en Arabe (maghrébin) ou français.
