Mon accompagnement se centre sur la gestion des émotions et du stress, difficultés relationnelles (parents- enfants, couple, familles), mal-être, souffrance émotionnelle, difficultés liées à l'humeur, le burnout, le traumatisme, la confiance en soi, l'affirmation de soi. 

Je consulte en français, en anglais et en arabe.

Ma tâche première est d’évaluer et mobiliser, avec votre aide, vos ressources, vos compétences et vos capacités de résilience face à ce que vous traversez. Tel est la croyance qui m’anime. Hello, I am an approved and supervised clinical psychologist, with a master’s degree from the Free University of Brussels. Trained in the impact of the COVID pandemic, in supporting people experiencing burnout and in psychological assessments, I offer follow-up in French or English to adults and teenagers. My therapeutic approach is intended to be inclusive and active both in listening and in discussions, it is part of an integrative approach and adapts to your pace. Together we create your space for speech and security in an empathetic and caring framework. In sessions, if necessary, I use various media to support expression, such as metaphors, photo-expression, role-playing, Dixit or even drawing. In person or by video conference, you choose the place that suits you best to meet. I welcome you Monday and Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and every other Saturday until 6 p.m. at my office located in the Ama Sana center, rue Borrens n° 37 in 1050 Ixelles or by video consultation .

Diplômé depuis 1998, j'accompagne toute personne confrontée à des difficultés, en situation de mal-être ou de souffrance, quelles qu’en soient les manifestations ( difficultés relationnelles ou professionnelles, anxiété, angoisse, isolement, addiction, phobies, dépression, troubles du sommeil, burn-out …). L’accompagnement se fait par une écoute attentive visant à permettre un apaisement ainsi que la découverte de solutions personnelles. Le suivi peut être ponctuel ou engagé sur du plus long terme en fonction des besoins et des attentes de chacun. Je reçois les adultes et les adolescents.Ma pratique est fondée sur l’approche psychanalytique et sur l’approche psychothérapeutique institutionnelle.

Therapy is only available in French I have been an analytically oriented psychotherapist for several years in Brussels, more precisely in Laeken. I did a 3 year training in a recognized and official organization in Belgium. I am still training today. I have done a long personal analytical work of several years. With my patients, I work in depth on the link between the crisis of the moment (what brings the patient to consult, what we call the symptom) and his history in order to be able to interrupt this cycle of repetition. At the beginning of the therapeutic follow-up, there are first preliminary interviews in order to analyze your request, to get to know you and to consider if a collaboration is possible between you and me. These interviews vary between 2 and 3 sessions, they are a first contact. They are important in the sense that they allow you to know if you feel heard. It will also be an opportunity for you and me to reflect on the therapeutic work that we will do together. I am particularly keen that the patient is an actor and active in his or her work, which I believe is a source of real progress. I listen to your symptoms while trying to understand their meaning in the moment. It goes without saying that the confidentiality of the interviews is of the utmost importance. I welcome all types of patients in psychological suffering.
