As a clinical psychologist, I want to create a space where you feel free to express your thoughts, feelings, and experiences confidentially and without fear of judgment. My therapeutic approach is based on active collaboration, inviting you to participate fully in the development of the therapeutic plan in order to promote your personal development. We will work closely together, emphasizing empathy, trust and mutual respect, to define clear objectives and find solutions tailored to your situation. My role is to support you, listen to you attentively and guide you towards an optimal state of well-being. Each approach I take is tailored to your specific situation. During the first consultation, I carry out a systematic history by discussing your needs and objectives with you in order to define how we could shape the journey towards your well-being. If necessary, I can also direct you to other specialized professionals corresponding to more specific or complex issues. I am registered with the Commission of Psychologists. You can therefore benefit from partial reimbursement for psychological consultation sessions, in accordance with the conditions established by your mutual insurance company. My area of ​​expertise is focused on adults, as individuals, as a couple or as a family, from the age of 18. Currently, I am engaged in continuing education to obtain the inter-university certificate in alcoholology. My clinical practice mainly involves the following themes: • depressive disorders and symptoms • relational difficulties • alcohol dependence • bereavement • suicidal ideas • anxiety disorders

After my studies in psychology at ULB, I moved to the business world where I give training and, at the same time, I started as a psychotherapist. I welcome you every Friday afternoon at 1180 Uccle, at the Mimosa Paramedical Centre, rue du Ham, 126. And every Saturday morning in 1640 Rhode-Saint-Genèse at the Mimosa Paramedical Centre, avenue de la Forêt de Soignes, 25.

Psychologue clinicienne diplômée de l'Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), je propose un accompagnement psychologique dans un cadre bienveillant, respectueux et sans jugement. Mon objectif est d'offrir à chaque personne un espace d'écoute où elle peut s'exprimer librement, à son rythme et en toute confidentialité.

J'accompagne principalement les adultes confrontés à l'anxiété, au stress, aux difficultés émotionnelles et relationnelles, au deuil, aux changements de vie, ainsi que toute personne souhaitant entreprendre un travail sur elle-même ou bénéficier d'un accompagnement psychologique.

Les consultations sont proposées en français, en arabe, en kurde et en anglais.
