Avec plus de 10 ans d’expérience en massothérapie, j’ai choisi de me former en ostéopathie à l'université libre de Bruxelles pour enrichir ma pratique et vous proposer une prise en charge encore plus complète. Cette formation m’a permis d’acquérir des outils scientifiques solides, tout en conservant l’approche intuitive et personnalisée qui a toujours guidé mon travail.

Comment se déroule une séance ?

1) Un temps d’échange, d'anamnèse, pour explorer ensemble votre douleur, votre quotidien et vos antécédents.

2) Des tests cliniques pour identifier les zones de tension, d’inflammation ou de lésions.

3) Une thérapie adaptée, suivie de conseils et d’exercices pour prolonger les bénéfices à la maison.

Holder of a D.O in osteopathy obtained with Great Distinction, Jean-Philippe ORMOND completed his 6 years of studies at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). He practices a medical osteopathy which mainly addresses dysfunctions of the locomotor system and the peripheral nervous system but also digestive or jaw problems. He treats adults, pregnant women, athletes, the elderly and children (but not babies). Je m'appelle Jordi, espagnol d'origine, mais depuis quelques années installé sur Bruxelles!

Depuis toujours lié au corps, en premier temps en tant que Préparateur Physique dans différents domaines, puis du côté des soins de santé avec une vision du "corps en mouvement" (on est fait pour bouger).

L'importance d'une bonne anamnèse, d'une bonne réflexion autour de la personne, des problèmes qui se présentent, et bien comprendre le tout pour une meilleure prise en charge fait partie des priorités dans la prise en charge, pas seulement soulager, sinon essayer de trouver le problème de base (d'origine) et d'essayer de l'enlever et/ou le corriger.

During his osteopathic degree (D.O), he was an osteopath at the Saint Guidon clinic & at BUCOPA within the Erasmus Hospital. This experience allowed him to put his knowledge into practice and to better understand the realities of the professional environment. He also realized in the framework of his dissertations, a study on the effectiveness of osteopathic treatment in patients with chronic neck pain in 2018 and 2019. To update his knowledge, he took part in several conferences on: Cervical Spine, Soft Tissue and Osteopathy State of the Art.
