Attiré par le contact humain et le sport en général, j’ai débuté comme kinésithérapeute en 1999. Je me suis ensuite spécialisé en kiné du sport. Très vite confronté aux douleurs aiguës et aux pertes de mobilités, je me suis orienté vers l’ostéopathie. J’ai terminé mon cursus en 2010 pour lancer mon cabinet de Haut-Ittre. C’est avec l’envie de participer à la réussite du sportif en lui permettant d’approcher ses capacités maximales et en lui apprenant à écouter son corps que je rejoins également l’équipe Health & Sports Care du centre Mounier à Woluwé. L’ostéopathie s’adresse à toutes et à tous: femmes enceintes, sportifs de haut niveau, amateurs ou sédentaires. A chacun son parcours, chacun ses ambitions , « Toute personne qui essaie d’atteindre et repousser ses objectifs est un sportif à son niveau. » Mon rôle est de pouvoir vous aider à retrouver une meilleure mobilité et à améliorer vos performances par un ensemble varié et adapté de techniques manuelles. »

Titulaire d'un Master en kinésithérapie, avec une spécialisation dans le quadrant supérieur, je suis passionné par la prise en charge des patients souffrant de pathologies orthopédiques, allant de la cervicalgie à la lombalgie, en passant par les tendinites du coude.

Kinésithérapeute jeune et dynamique, je suis pleinement motivé à accompagner mes patients avec bienveillance et écoute. Ma méthode de travail repose sur une approche centrée sur le patient, visant à proposer des soins personnalisés et adaptés à chaque situation clinique.

Je suis disponible dans 2 cabinets. A Ixelles et a Kraainem.

Ostéopathe diplômée de l’Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), où j’ai obtenu mon master de spécialisation en ostéopathie en 2022, ma pratique intègre différentes techniques ostéopathiques, allant des manipulations articulaires aux relâchements musculaires, en passant par des techniques viscérales. Chaque séance est adaptée à vos besoins spécifiques, dans le respect de votre corps et de vos limites.

Mon objectif est de soulager les douleurs et troubles d’origine neuro-musculo-squelettique tout en vous accompagnant vers un meilleur équilibre postural et fonctionnel.

Petra Remetean is a physical therapist practicing at Clinic 53. She graduated in physical therapy at KU Leuven in 2014. She is specialized in sports injuries, rehabilitation, back and joint problems. She welcomes you on Tuesday and Thursday from 1pm to 7pm at Clinic 53.

My outgoing, caring and passionate personality resonates with the philosophy of osteopathy which I decided to study for the human contact and the help to others through a hollistic approach to understand the origin of problems, to treat them and to avoid possible chronic injuries. Osteopathy, an alternative and traditional medicine, is a primary health care discipline and is therefore partially refunded by the mutual insurance company. I graduated in July 2022 from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in England and had the opportunity to study the human body and practice for 4 years. My training in England allowed me to learn the 3 bases of osteopathy such as the structural, the functional and the visceral and to put it into practice at the school's clinic where I was able to treat my patients for 2 years with supervision. These 1300 hours of clinical practice allowed me to acquire a wide range of techniques such as: articular, cranial, cranio-sacral, facial, myotensive, visceral, etc.. During my last year of master, I had the chance to specialise in pediatrics, perinatal and sports medicine. I had the exceptional opportunity to treat babies as young as a few weeks old, children and teenagers, pregnant women and post-partum, athletes and elderly people. Ma pratique est accessible aux plaintes neuro-musculo-squelettiques, du bébé à la personne âgée. Mon objectif est de soigner, soulager vos maux via un traitement manuel. Je porte une attention particulière à chaque patient de manière holistique avec une écoute attentive et bienveillante. Graduated from a Master in Osteopathy (M.Ost) at the European School of Osteopathy in 2019 in England, I worked for 4 years in various practices before moving back to Belgium. I provide personalised treatments to help with multiple complains (musculoskeletal, articular, visceral, headache,...) and guide patients towards finding a better quality of life. I work in collaboration with my patients and will adapt to their individual needs and preferences. I always take into consideration the body as a whole including the emotional aspect. My appointments are open for people of all ages - children, pregnant woman, elderly, etc. Always curious to improve my practice, I regularly attend training in different specialities to keep up to date with science and to continue to increase my expertise. Having done my studies in English as well as working in England for a few years, I am more than happy to see any non-French speaking patient and will be able to communicate easily

Graduated in 2019 from a master in physical therapy at the Haute Ecole Libre de Bruxelles, I immediately trained in sports physical therapy as well as in manual therapy (Kinesport, Kinesitherapy of the Sport Expert). I am also a physiotherapist for the soccer club Royal Racing Club Etterbeek. This has allowed me to deepen my knowledge and expertise on sports pathologies, in order to offer you an optimal treatment that will meet your different objectives. Specialized in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders and overload pathologies, post-traumatic/orthopedic surgery of the lower limb (ACL, meniscal pathology...), I also have an affinity for the treatment of cervical and dorsolumbar pathologies.
