As a physiotherapist with a strong background in occupational therapy, I adopt a holistic approach to patient care, addressing the physical, mental, and social dimensions of recovery. My areas of expertise include:

In addition to my professional qualifications, I am passionate about extreme sports such as skateboarding, skiing, and kitesurfing. Having personally experienced multiple injuries, I understand the recovery process firsthand. My own journey of rehabilitation, guided by skilled physiotherapists, has motivated me to provide the same level of care and support to my patients.

Holder of a D.O in osteopathy obtained with Great Distinction, Julien Bosc studied at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). During his osteopathic degree (D.O), he was an osteopath at the Saint Guidon clinic & at BUCOPA within the Erasmus Hospital. This experience allowed him to put his knowledge into practice and to better understand the realities of the professional environment. He also realized in the framework of his dissertations, a study on the effectiveness of osteopathic treatment in patients with chronic neck pain in 2018 and 2019. To update his knowledge, he took part in several conferences on: Cervical Spine, Soft Tissue and Osteopathy State of the Art. Committed to defend the rights and recognition of osteopathy, osteopaths and their patients, he became a member of the Union Professionnelle des Ostéopathes de Belgique. Osteopath Julien Bosc can therefore treat athletes, infants, pregnant women, adults and children. His field of intervention is very broad. Diplômée d’un Master en kinésithérapie à la Haute École Condorcet (IPKN), je propose une prise en charge personnalisée. Je pratique la kinésithérapie générale, la kiné respiratoire (adultes et enfants), rééducation en orthopédie et traumatologie (entorses, luxations, blessures sportives ou liées au travail). J’accompagne également les patients en post-opératoire (épaule, membre supérieur et inférieur), en réadaptation physique, ainsi que dans la revalidation des troubles neurologiques.

Je prends en charge tous troubles de l’appareil neuro-musculo-squelettique (« blocage », torticolis, cervicalgie, lombalgie, sciatique, tendinite, entorse, douleurs à la mâchoire…), que le contexte soit aigu ou chronique. Je reçois aussi bien les enfants, les adultes, les sportifs, les femmes enceintes que les seniors. J’accorde une grande importance à la communication, l’écoute du patient, le tout à travers une démarche bienveillante, médicale, critique et scientifique.

Diplômé de l'Université Libre de Bruxelles, j’ai suivi un cursus complet de 6 ans en ostéopathie, comprenant un master et un master complémentaire, ainsi qu’un master en kinésithérapie dans la même faculté. Mon parcours académique et mon expérience clinique m’ont permis de développer une expertise approfondie en anatomie et en analyse des douleurs musculo-squelettiques.

Lors de chaque consultation, je propose une approche globale et personnalisée, en tenant compte des spécificités de chaque patient. Que ce soit pour des douleurs de dos (cervicales, lombaires, thoraciques), des blocages articulaires ou des tensions musculaires, je mets en œuvre des techniques adaptées pour vous apporter un soulagement durable et améliorer votre mobilité selon une démarche médicale.

Je commence chaque séance par une évaluation attentive de votre état de santé et des possibles origines de vos douleurs. Mon but est de vous proposer un traitement à la fois précis et adapté, en ciblant les zones de tension et de déséquilibre. En complément, grâce à ma pratique de la kinésithérapie je vous partage des conseils pratiques ainsi que des exercices qui, je l'espère, pourront prolonger les bienfaits des séances.

Kenza Berkaine, Osteopath D.O., graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles after a training organized within the Faculty of Motor Sciences in partnership with the Faculty of Medicine. This medical, clinical and practical training allows me to understand my patients' ailments in a global way. In order to best adapt to the specific needs of each patient, I use muscular, articular, myofascial and/or visceral techniques. I have also trained in cupping, trigger point therapy, digipressure and Reiki energy treatments in order to add other tools to complement and/or adapt the proposed treatment. I am a member of the Professional Union of Osteopaths of Belgium, which guarantees a continuous training. I have always had a great interest in sports and horses. I am currently training in equine osteopathy. It is with great enthusiasm that I put into practice all that I have learned during these years of study and it is with pleasure that I will welcome you.
