Diplômée d'un Master en Ostéopathie délivré par l'Université Libre de Bruxelles après six années d'études, j'ai acquis une formation complète.

Mon approche repose sur l'écoute, la bienveillance et un suivi personnalisé. Mon objectif est de vous aider à soulager vos douleurs et à retrouver confort, mobilité et équilibre au quotidien.

J'adapte mes techniques (structurelles, fonctionnelles, viscérales, myofasciales, musculaires) en fonction de vos besoins, dans le cadre d'une prise en charge globale.

L'ostéopathie peut contribuer à soulager : des douleurs musculo-squelettiques (cervicales, dorsales, lombaires, costales, ect.), torticolis, sciatiques, migraines, tensions au niveau de la mâchoire (ATM), troubles digestifs, suites ou séquelles de blessures sportives, douleurs liées à la grossesse, à la reprise d'activité ... et bien d'autres situations.

Trained in muscular and physiological chains according to the Busquet method, my practice is based on touch and dialogue. It is aimed at adults, adolescents and children who have chronic pain, the cause of which is often unknown: neck pain, lower back pain, headaches, chronic fatigue, etc. Using a combined approach of words and touch, we will investigate to understand and resolve blockages in the body: touch to release body tensions, and dialogue to bring to light the words hidden by the ailments. At your own pace and with respect for everyone. Body work is global, from the feet to the head. My steps also led me to pediatrics. I offer care focused on the concepts of baby Busquet muscle chains, pediatric manual therapy, as well as free motor skills. The little one's sleep is also regularly at the heart of parents' concerns. Interested in this subject, I learned a lot through training and readings. For those who wish, the sessions will therefore be an opportunity to discuss caring support for the baby's sleep. The prices are agreed: the first session amounts to 70€ (assessment) and the following ones to 62€ for one hour.

Alexandre is a sports physiotherapist who has evolved with the values of team sports. For him, bringing a group to success will always be his primary objective! His care is directed towards adult patients with more orthopedic pathologies (fractures, sprains, muscle tears, tendinopathies, neck pain, pre- and postoperative care, special expertise for the shoulder, ...) and/or neurological. Holder of a D.O in osteopathy obtained with Great Distinction, Julien Bosc studied at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). During his osteopathic degree (D.O), he was an osteopath at the Saint Guidon clinic & at BUCOPA within the Erasmus Hospital. This experience allowed him to put his knowledge into practice and to better understand the realities of the professional environment. He also realized in the framework of his dissertations, a study on the effectiveness of osteopathic treatment in patients with chronic neck pain in 2018 and 2019.
