Kathleen Gillain est ostéopathe D.O. depuis 2024. Elle a d'abord suivi une formation en kinésithérapie à l'école Parnasse ISEI, de 2015 à 2019, avant de se spécialiser en ostéopathie à la Belgian School of Osteopathy, où elle a étudié de 2019 à 2024. Pendant son parcours, Kathleen a rédigé un mémoire en kinésithérapie portant sur les étirements de l'épaule chez les sportifs, et un autre en ostéopathie, axé sur le traitement du nerf vague et son influence sur la fréquence cardiaque. Elle exerce actuellement au cabinet Drugmand, au centre Body Therapy à Sombreffe, ainsi qu’à Mellery. Par ailleurs, Kathleen occupe également le rôle d’assistante à la Belgian School of Osteopathy.

I graduated from the European School of Osteopathy (Maidstone, UK) with a Master in Osteopathy, after obtaining a bachelor's degree in osteopathy at the ULB (Brussels). During all these years, I have acquired a passion for the human body and his functions. My bicultural background has given me the opportunity to become familiar with a wide range of techniques: structural, myotensive, fascial, muscular, visceral, cranio-sacral... Sportswoman and always interested in the human body and helping people, it was quite natural that I studied physiotherapy at the Leonard de Vinci high school. Graduating in 2022, I directly began a specialization in pelvi-perineology at UCL. I treat men and women both in general physiotherapy (orthopedics, sports injuries, geriatrics, etc.) and in abdominopelvic rehabilitation. Sports physiotherapist 'déconventionné' (BFSP-GOLD) and manual therapist (IFOMPT), I specialize in the management of back problems and sports-related conditions. My patients appreciate my attentive approach and commitment to their recovery. Member of the medical team of Ligue Belge Francophone d'Athlétisme, I am currently pursuing my doctoral thesis part-time at UCLouvain, focusing on manual therapy in the context of lateral ankle sprains.

Kinésithérapeute passionné, diplômé d’un Master en kinésithérapie et réadaptation (2019), j’exerce depuis plus de 2022 en cabinet et à domicile. Mon parcours m’a conduit à travailler en centre de neuropédiatrie (2020) et en maison de repos (2021), ce qui m’a permis de développer une approche adaptée aussi bien aux enfants, aux adultes qu’aux seniors.
