Having obtained a master's degree in physical education at the Free University of Brussels, I naturally moved towards physiotherapy and rehabilitation, a discipline in which I graduated in 2022. While working, I undertook a specialization master's degree in sports physiotherapy in order to combine the two professions. This concluded positively in 2023. The different skills acquired allow me, if necessary, to offer my patients a specific rehabilitation program. Dynamic and attentive, I also take care of different types of pathology: orthopedics, traumatology, cardio-respiratory revalidation, geriatrics, neurology, etc.

A registered physiotherapist with a Master's degree in physiotherapy and rehabilitation at ULB, I practice general physiotherapy and manual therapy. I will be happy to support you effectively in your rehabilitation, whether sports, orthopedic, cardiological, neurological or geriatric. I take care of the Braine-l'Alleud Castors women's basketball team playing in Belgian division 1. I have also trained in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and take care of your children suffering from bronchiolitis and pneumonia. Very dynamic and attentive, I am keen to specifically adapt the sessions to your needs while remaining aligned with the latest scientific data and of course our final objective. With 9 years of practice in a medical center, I have enriched my practice with exchanges with my colleagues doctors, nurses, psychologists,... Through my various trainings, I have specialized in the treatment of joint, muscle and nerve pain (sciatica, cervicobrachialgia,...), pregnancy support and respiratory kinesiology for babies. I followed the 2 year certificate in manual therapy at UCL and other trainings (Trigger Points, Maitland, Stecco Fasciatherapy, Mulligan, neurodynamics,...) which give me many strings to my bow to help you with your back pain, neck, shoulder, knee, headaches, osteoarthritis,... Physiotherapy, for me, is a collaborative work with the patient. I like to share my knowledge of the body and its pathologies to help you better understand and manage your pain. Passionate about pregnancy, I accompany mothers and couples to prepare for childbirth. My goal is to give them the necessary resources and advice concerning breathing, labor positions, effective pushing,... Chaque séance s’adapte à votre situation, avec une attention particulière portée à vos habitudes, votre posture, et votre ressenti corporel. Diplômée d’un Master en kinésithérapie en 2021, j’ai depuis eu l’opportunité d’exercer dans différents environnements, en France métropolitaine et dans les DOM-TOM. Ces expériences variées m’ont permis de développer une approche humaine, attentive et globale du soin.

Après une première année de pratique en Martinique, puis quelques remplacements en Polynésie, j’ai poursuivi mon parcours dans des cabinets aux profils très différents, dont un cabinet de kinésithérapie du sport à Lille et, plus récemment, un cabinet pluridisciplinaire à Aix-en-Provence. Cette diversité m’a permis d’affiner mes affinités professionnelles, que je continue de nourrir au quotidien.

Bien que je n’aie pas encore de spécialisation officielle, je suis passionnée par :

• La traumatologie (entorses, fractures, suites post-opératoires…)
• La rééducation de la main
• Le traitement des cicatrices, notamment après chirurgie ou cancer du sein
• La gériatrie
• Le drainage lymphatique
• La rééducation du sportif (amateur ou confirmé)

Je ne pratique pas la kiné respiratoire ni la prise en charge des pathologies neurologiques lourdes.

He is now part of the multidisciplinary team of BACK in Bruxelles center, as well as in Laeken too. Thanks to a meticulous approach, these osteopathic sessions are focused on the various complaints of the patient. Pier-Luigi Cianci is specialized in the treatment of adults, teenagers and athletes of all levels. He did his final study on the management and biomechanics of low back pain.
