As a sportswoman and musician since I was very young, I quickly understood the importance of a good physical condition. Physiotherapist graduated from the Haute École Libre de Bruxelles, I welcome you on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at the Centre Paramédical Upsylon. My specialties are: low back pain, neck pain, balance rehabilitation and rehabilitation after prosthesis. I can provide you with manual rehabilitation (neurological or respiratory), help you to get rid of your joint pain, your low back pain or any other pain (hand, back, neck or wrist). You can also consult me for a sports injury, for a post-operative rehabilitation or for a bone problem. My consultations are conducted by appointment in French, English or Polish depending on the language spoken by my patient. Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. Olivier Lemaire is a physiotherapist-osteopath with 11 years of experience. He is a specialist in sports, shoulder, orthopedics and traumatology following degrees in physiotherapy, manual therapy and osteopathy at IFSO Vichy, ETMA and the universities Paul Henri Spaack .

Graduated in osteopathy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles in 2019 with great distinction, Manon Fouchier welcomes you with pleasure in her office in the afternoons from Monday to Saturday (schedules may change). Passionate about the human body for as long as I can remember, I studied physiotherapy at the ULB before completing my training with 5 years of osteopathy at the CBO. As a sportsman since childhood (tennis, French boxing, running, crossfit), I like to use the knowledge acquired in these disciplines to enrich my professional practice.
