Je m'appelle Jordi, espagnol d'origine, mais depuis quelques années installé sur Bruxelles!

Depuis toujours lié au corps, en premier temps en tant que Préparateur Physique dans différents domaines, puis du côté des soins de santé avec une vision du "corps en mouvement" (on est fait pour bouger).

L'importance d'une bonne anamnèse, d'une bonne réflexion autour de la personne, des problèmes qui se présentent, et bien comprendre le tout pour une meilleure prise en charge fait partie des priorités dans la prise en charge, pas seulement soulager, sinon essayer de trouver le problème de base (d'origine) et d'essayer de l'enlever et/ou le corriger.

Young, dynamic and motivated, I listen and care about the well-being of my patients. My care is versatile with the aim of finding the treatment adapted to each of them. The therapy aims to relieve pain, strengthen and improve the quality of life of my patients. In order to update and refine my knowledge and skills, I also stay up to date by completing various training courses to best meet the needs of my patients.

As a physiotherapist with a strong background in occupational therapy, I adopt a holistic approach to patient care, addressing the physical, mental, and social dimensions of recovery. My areas of expertise include:

• Back and neck pain
• Tendon, muscle, and skeletal conditions
• Cardiopulmonary rehabilitation
• Balance disorders

In addition to my professional qualifications, I am passionate about extreme sports such as skateboarding, skiing, and kitesurfing. Having personally experienced multiple injuries, I understand the recovery process firsthand. My own journey of rehabilitation, guided by skilled physiotherapists, has motivated me to provide the same level of care and support to my patients.

My objective is to develop a personalized rehabilitation plan tailored to your specific needs and to support you at every step of your recovery. I offer consultations and sessions in both French and English.

Diplômé d'un Master en kinésithérapie à la Haute École Libre de Bruxelles, Hugo Rojo Suarez pratique la kinésithérapie générale, incluant l’orthopédie, la traumatologie ainsi que la rhumatologie. Il est également spécialisé dans la prise en charge maxillo-faciale (ATM). Certifié en kinésithérapie du sport à Paris, il intègre cette expertise dans sa pratique quotidienne, en adaptant la rééducation et la prise en charge aux exigences fonctionnelles de chaque patient, sportif ou non. Son engagement à rester à la pointe des avancées en kinésithérapie assure des soins personnalisés et efficaces.

Diplômé d’un Master en Kinésithérapie et Réadaptation à l’Université Libre de Bruxelles, j’accompagne mes patients dans chaque étape de leur parcours de santé, qu’il s’agisse de soulager des douleurs, de retrouver de la mobilité ou de reprendre une activité sportive.

Grâce à mon expérience dans le domaine sportif, j’accorde une attention particulière à la performance, à la prévention des blessures et à la réathlétisation. 

Mon approche repose sur l’écoute, la bienveillance et un suivi personnalisé, chaque patient est unique et mérite une prise en charge adaptée. Je mets l’accent sur le mouvement et sur des exercices ciblés afin de favoriser une récupération optimale et durable, tout en vous donnant les outils pour devenir acteur de votre progression.

Physiotherapist Thibault MATHIEU graduated with a Master's degree in physiotherapy from the Haute Ecole Libre de Bruxelles (HELB). It offers you modern, holistic and comprehensive care for your pathology. He is a specialist in the treatment of neck pain (cervicalgia), back pain (low back pain) and pelvis pain, as well as ankle sprains, sports physiotherapy and general physiotherapy (orthopedics, traumatology, rheumatology, cardiovascular, post-operative, adult respirator, etc.). It treats conditions of the human body, regardless of the origin of the pathology (professional, sporting or traumatic). Sports coaching, exercise reconditioning and fat loss through physical activity are also his specialties! In addition, it has specific evaluation and treatment techniques with the aim of developing the most optimized rehabilitation possible for the patient. In addition, he is trained in the picking technique, manual therapy, the treatment of painful periods/endometriosis and the treatment of jaw disorders (TMJ/Maxillofacial). A young physiotherapist full of energy and ambitions, I do everything I can to achieve my goals and help my patients. Graduated with a master's degree from the Free University of Brussels, I am currently in a year of specialization in sports physiotherapy. Passionate about triathlon for several years and a lifelong gymnast, it was quite natural that I turned to this specialization. Teaming up with the patient and helping them understand their pathology are essential things for me.
