Psychologists for Accompagnement à la parentalité

I am 46 years old and I am a systemic psychologist/psychotherapist. I work mainly with couples and families, but also with individuals. The people who have consulted me say that I am a gentle, calm person and that I am very invested in the interviews. They also say that I am atypical compared to the psychologist colleagues they have known, and that this characteristic is experienced in a very positive way for them. When I presented my family and personal history in my second year of postgraduate training in systemic psychology, one of the things that Ms. E. Goldbeter said to me was, "You sound like you're telling the story of a 70-year-old man, when you're only 36. You have done a lot of things in life...". Indeed, I am 46 years old and I am now a psychologist, a psychotherapist, since two years a lecturer at the University of Liege as an expert in psychology, a photographer and a musician, who puts together his different life experiences to try to make them useful in psychological meetings. I often use metaphor, humor, but also music, photography, and many other things in order to make the suffering situation presented to me as simple, clear, explicit and intelligible as possible for everyone. This collective understanding is often linked to the beginning of the resolution of the problem(s). When couples, families or individuals come to my office, I always explain to them certain points to which I pay particular attention: communication, emotions, family history, the feeling of justice and injustice experienced between people. Diplômée en psychologie sociale et passionnée par les comportements humains, je propose un accompagnement pour chaque personne qui traverse des difficultés au cours de sa vie. Aider les personnes qui rencontrent des difficultés et leur apporter un accompagnement adapté est un plaisir.

J'aime énormément comprendre le fonctionnement de chacun avec son propre mécanisme. Je suis intimement convaincue que sur base de cette compréhension, cela permet de déceler chaque problème à son origine. Mon objectif est que chaque personne puisse se sentir soutenue et comprise dans un cadre bienveillant et apaisant.

J’oriente mon aide sur base d’une anamnèse, de dessin, de l’écrit (pour les enfants) et de la parole pour optimiser l’expression des difficultés de chacun.

J'accompagne les personnes qui présentent des difficultés relationnelles, de l'anxiété, de la phobie sociale, des problèmes d'estime de soi, de confiance en soi, la dépression, la peur du regard des autres, des problèmes familiaux, etc. (liste non-exhaustive).

Hello, I am an approved and supervised clinical psychologist, with a master’s degree from the Free University of Brussels. Trained in the impact of the COVID pandemic, in supporting people experiencing burnout and in psychological assessments, I offer follow-up in French or English to adults and teenagers. My therapeutic approach is intended to be inclusive and active both in listening and in discussions, it is part of an integrative approach and adapts to your pace. Together we create your space for speech and security in an empathetic and caring framework. In sessions, if necessary, I use various media to support expression, such as metaphors, photo-expression, role-playing, Dixit or even drawing. In person or by video conference, you choose the place that suits you best to meet. I welcome you Monday and Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and every other Saturday until 6 p.m. at my office located in the Ama Sana center, rue Borrens n° 37 in 1050 Ixelles or by video consultation .
