Personne peu conviviale et peu agréable. Et surtout pas douce du tout lors de ses manipulations (mise en bouche de l'appareil d'aspiration et appareil pour maintenir bouche ouverte.)Je dois revenir pour un détartrage mais j'ai demandé de ne pas avoir de rdv chez elle .

Bonjour, Votre avis nous a énormement étonné, mais nous sommes navrées que vous ayez eu cette impression. Vous étiez initialement venue pour un détartrage, mais lors de notre échange vous aviez voulu faire un soin, que j'ai réalisé avec précaution. Ensuite, je vous ai orienté de prendre rendez-vous chez notre Hygiéniste pour le détartrage, comme convenu. J'accorde toujours beaucoup d'attention au confort de mes patients en demandant plusieurs fois si tout se passe bien pendant le traitement ou s'il y a une gêne. Vous m'aviez confirmé que tout allait bien. Mon objectif reste d'assurer douceur, écoute et qualité comme en témoignent la majorité de mes patients. Cordialement.
