Je vous propose d'acquérir des outils que vous pourrez utiliser quotidiennement pour vous détendre physiquement, calmer votre mental et mieux gérer vos émotions.

Grâce à la sophro-analyse, nous abordons les empreintes négatives en lien avec la naissance, la vie prénatale et la petite enfance. Il s'agit d'un travail en état alpha sur l'enfant intérieur, de la conscientisation à la transmutation, afin de transformer notre scénario de vie.
