La formation de l'Ecole Belge de Sophrologie Dynamique est riche et solide. Nous apprenons en guidant les séances et surtout en les vivant ce qui nous assure une compréhension complète du vécu possible. Basé sur la répétition des exercices et des sensations, la sophrologie dynamique permet une autonomie sur le long terme. Mon parcours professionnel fait que j'ai été formée en diverses pratiques et ce dans divers domaines, cela nourrissant avant tout mon approche interpersonnel et ma vision du monde.
