Ce sont des événements personnels et marquants qui m’ont conduit à la Sophrologie et ainsi d’aller à ma propre rencontre et faire connaissance avec mes ressources internes.

Nous évoluons dans un monde chargé d’appréhension, et il est vital de vivre chaque moment pleinement dans une réalité objective, et de construire son bien être au quotidien.

C’est pourquoi j’ai fait le choix de vous accompagner en Sophrologie, une méthode thérapeutique brève qui vous aidera à combattre vos angoisses, à dépasser vos croyances limitantes, à apprivoiser vos peurs.

Avec respect, bienveillance et tolérance, je vous aiderais à prendre conscience de vos capacités à atteindre vos objectifs, et à retrouver votre confiance.

La sophrologie est accessible à toutes et tous et à tous les âges. J’aurais plaisir à vous proposer des séances sur mesure en individuelle sur un objectif ciblé.

Je me suis formée à l'Institut de Formation à la Sophrologie (Paris Xème) dirigé par Catherine Aliotta, où j’y ai également validé plusieurs spécialisations. En parallèle j’ai intégré le parcours de formation au métier de l’accompagnant et à la maitrise de l’hypnose chez MHD formation l’école de Marie Helene DINI.


  • Sophrologue Certifiée RNCP de niveau 5 par l'Institut de Formation à la Sophrologie à Paris (IFS)
  • Certifiée de l’école MHD au métier de l’accompagnant
  • Certifiée de l’école MHD : Maitre Praticienne en Hypnose Ericksonienne.

Acouphènes ( Acceptation, Troubles de l'humeur, Isolement, Hyperacousie, Maladie de Ménière, Bruxisme)

Accompagnement des séniors (départ à la retraite, troubles de la mémoire …)

La Préparation d'événements tel que : (Permis de conduire, Examens, compétitions, accouchement)

La Périnatalité (avant – pendant – après grossesse)

Gestion de la douleur, acceptation de la maladie*.



*La Sophrologie ne se substitue en aucun cas à un suivi médical mais peut-être un accompagnement utile à effectuer en parallèle d’un traitement.

J’ai eu mon premier rendez-vous avec Salima hier et les mots sont trop faibles pour décrire à quel point cette séance a été précieuse. Salima est une personne d’une bienveillance rare, profondément rassurante et à l’écoute. Son professionnalisme, sa douceur et la justesse de son approche m’ont immédiatement mise en confiance. Je me suis sentie accueillie avec respect et humanité. Je vais donc poursuivre un accompagnement hebdomadaire en thérapie brève. Je recommande chaleureusement Salima à toute personne en quête d’un vrai espace d’apaisement et de transformation.
