I offer a safe, caring and finely attuned space to explore what matters most: desire, the body, intimacy, confidence, pleasure.

Trained in clinical sexology at ULB (Faculty of Medicine & Psychology), I work with adults and adolescents in individual or couple therapy.

Together, we can work on:

– low libido or arousal difficulties

– pain during intimacy

– identity questions, relationship challenges, or the need for emotional or sexual transformation

– sexual or emotional tensions in your couple, mismatched desires, or breakdowns in communication and connection.


My approach is tailored, non-judgmental, and based on clear goals, deep listening and steady support.

J’avais déjà consulté deux thérapeutes auparavant, mais jamais je n’ai été accueilli avec autant de bienveillance que par M. Lirim Tasdelen. Son approche inclusive et ses exercices concrets ont transformé ma manière de voir les choses. Lirim est un sexologue d’une écoute rare : on se sent vraiment compris, sans jugement. Franchement, je n’ai jamais rencontré un professionnel aussi exceptionnel. Si vous cherchez quelqu’un qui allie compétence, chaleur humaine et résultats, c’est lui !

Lirim est un excellent practicien qui sait melanger a la fois la douceur et la fermete dans les messages qu'il transmet, pour accompagner au mieux ses patiens dans leur "voyage de developpement psychologique". C'est sur qu'avec lui, on peut pas rester dans le point de debut du voyage, il y a apres seance un progres net. Je le recommande vivement. Alexandra

Accueil apaisant et espace de rencontre chaleureux. J'étais nerveuse mais très rapidement, je me suis sentie en confiance. À l'écoute et attentif, prévenant et rassurant...tout ce dont j'avais besoin pour oser me confier. Je n'ai pas vu le temps passer et j'avais envie de poursuivre nos échanges.
