Sexologist and hypnotherapist. FR/EN. I welcome you in a serene, open and caring setting. In my follow-ups, I offer a moment of listening and reflection to build, together, a therapy that speaks to you and helps you with your difficulties (individual, as a couple and/or sexual).

Trained as a doctor, I oriented my practice towards sexology and hypnotherapy.
After obtaining my medical degree, I continued my training with a university master's degree in sexology at UCL. I also trained in hypnosis at the Institute of New Hypnosis in Brussels.

In my practice, I attach great importance to working in collaboration with the patient in order to put their strengths and resources into action. To do this, I primarily turn to ideas from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as hypnosis, while incorporating tools from mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy ( TCC) and systemic.
In hypnosis, the main idea is to put the conscious defenses to rest in order to revisit reality as it is perceived by the patient to make profound changes. In Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), the primary focus is on the individual's relationship to their thoughts rather than the healthy or dysfunctional nature of the thought itself. Thoughts and emotions are seen as normal experiences that appear in a certain context, not as symptoms that must be overcome in order to live well.
Sexology is a discipline that combines biological processes (mainly physical and hormonal), psychological (the experiences of each person shape a way of being and understanding the world) and social processes (the sexuality of each person cannot be dissociated from the social and cultural norms that have been transmitted to it). These three aspects of sexuality can cause difficulties.

I am careful to respect each person's rhythm and to adapt to the needs and affinities of the person. As an individual or as a couple, here are some examples of difficulties that I deal with: difficulties managing emotions (anxiety, stress, anger management, overwhelming sadness, ruminations on thoughts), improving confidence and esteem self, disorders with a psychosomatic component, consequences of sexual trauma, sexual addictions, disorders of desire, pleasure, orgasm, ejaculation (premature or delayed), erection, vaginismus, pain during intercourse , communication difficulties in the relationship.

My practice is open to everyone, regardless of your gender, sexual orientation and sexual preferences.
