I am a licensed clinical psychologist trained in systemic therapy (University of Liège) and an alcoholologist. I receive you in consultation in my private practice but also in teleconsultation via Skype, WhatsApp. I offer a therapeutic interview based on the principle of active listening and reflective questioning. My assets lie in the establishment of a warm exchange and a reassuring framework. Empathy and benevolence are the determining elements of my interview method. Diplômée d'un master en sciences psychologiques à finalité spécialisée en clinique de l'adulte (UCLouvain), je propose des prises en charge individuelle.

En tant que psychologue clinicienne, je suis là pour vous accompagner tout le long de votre processus vers le bien-être émotionnel ainsi que vous soutenir et vous guider dans la compréhension de vous-même. J'apporte un soin tout particulier pour que les séances individuelles soient un espace sûr et confidentiel pour que vous puissiez explorer vos émotions, pensées, etc.

My therapeutic approach is based on active collaboration, inviting you to participate fully in the development of the therapeutic plan in order to promote your personal development. We will work closely together, emphasizing empathy, trust and mutual respect, to define clear objectives and find solutions tailored to your situation. My role is to support you, listen to you attentively and guide you towards an optimal state of well-being. Each approach I take is tailored to your specific situation. During the first consultation, I carry out a systematic history by discussing your needs and objectives with you in order to define how we could shape the journey towards your well-being. If necessary, I can also direct you to other specialized professionals corresponding to more specific or complex issues. I am registered with the Commission of Psychologists. You can therefore benefit from partial reimbursement for psychological consultation sessions, in accordance with the conditions established by your mutual insurance company. My area of ​​expertise is focused on adults, as individuals, as a couple or as a family, from the age of 18. Currently, I am engaged in continuing education to obtain the inter-university certificate in alcoholology.
