Je suis psychologue clinicienne avec une spécialisation en enfants-adolescents. Je poursuis également une formation longue en approche contextuelle, qui me permet d’accompagner les familles. Je peux vous accompagner dans la guidance parentale, cohérence éducative, stress, anxiété, décrochage scolaire, gestion des émotions, estime de soi, etc.

Coach-psychologue, spécialisée en développement professionnel, je propose un accompagnement ciblé sur un changement souhaité dans votre vie professionnelle (ce qui nécessite une approche holistique et donc également du développement personnel).

I have a master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology from the ULB with a specialization in parenting support from the UCL. Using an integrative approach that reconciles psychoanalysis, behavioral and humanistic therapies, I propose that we work together in the understanding and resolution of problematic situations. Understanding the conceptual and cultural framework of others is the basis of the work I propose to undertake. Having worked in Latin America and practicing with expatriates, I attach particular importance to language, which can bring valuable subtleties to the therapeutic work. I receive in French as well as in Portuguese. The modalities and rhythm of the sessions will be determined during the first meetings where we will be able to identify the nature of the problem. I receive clients at the Mimosa Center in Brussels on Mondays and Saturdays for individual, family or couple counselling. My consultations are aimed at teenagers, adults and elderly people to whom I offer home follow-ups if necessary. As a psychologist, my approach is mainly based on individual contact with the person in difficulty, the interview and the in-depth examination of his/her situation and problems. Therapeutic solutions are then discussed with the person. The aim of the therapy is to make the patient aware of the problem(s) as quickly as possible and then to start a therapeutic process. Psychotherapy, support and counselling are exclusively individual. Psychotherapy on the theme of postnatal depression is offered in individual consultation or in group therapy. Discussion groups are offered to adolescents and their parents on the subject of school bullying.

J'accompagne des jeunes à partir de 12 ans, ainsi que des adultes.

Le site sur lequel je travaille se situe au coeur de la nature tel un refuge qui permet de s'extraire de notre quotidien.

La nature, en tant qu'allier thérapeutique, est un lieu où vous pourrez y déposer souffrances et réflexions.

Dans ma pratique, je tente avec mes patients de mettre des mots sur les maux, mais j'utilise aussi des outils créatifs afin de pouvoir en comprendre davantage sur vos difficultés.

Why see a psychologist? Throughout our lives, we are confronted with numerous difficulties that can arise at a personal, relational and/or professional level. It can happen that we feel overwhelmed and powerless in the face of these difficulties, and in such cases it can be beneficial to consult a psychologist. Consulting a psychologist can also be a way of working on yourself and getting to know yourself better. Being accompanied by a professional gives you an outside perspective and helps to identify and work on recurrent patterns in your life. I offer individual consultations in French, Dutch or English. An initial contact will enable us to get to know each other and to define your needs and objectives together. Then, a therapeutic follow-up can be set up to pursue these objectives.

Ma prise en charge se veut holistique (globale) et s'intéresse aux processus mis en place par la personne pouvant être source de difficultés.

Une orientation émotivo-cognitivo-comportementale sera péférée lors du suivi.

Je suis psychologue clinicienne et j’effectue actuellement une formation de troisième cycle en psychothérapie intégrative (UCL) afin de devenir psychothérapeute. J’accompagne les adultes et les jeunes adultes (16-25 ans).

Je propose un espace bienveillant, confidentiel et le plus inclusif possible, au sein duquel chacun·e est libre d’évoluer à son rythme, selon ses identités et valeurs personnelles. Les objectifs de l’accompagnement sont définis ensemble et peuvent évoluer en cours de route.

Ma pratique repose principalement sur les courants de la TCC (thérapie cognitivo-comportementale) et l’approche humaniste, mais elle se veut ouverte à d’autres courants thérapeutiques (approche systémique, Etc.). L’essentiel est que le suivi s’adapte à la personne que vous êtes, à votre contexte de vie et à vos besoins.
