My practice is based on cognitive-behavioral and emotional therapies, such as ACT therapy (acceptance and commitment therapy) and schema therapy, to help you build a more fulfilled and balanced life. Dans un cadre bienveillant, j'accompagne les patients qui souffrent d’un mal-être au quotidien ayant d’origine personnelle, sociale et culturelle. Je propose un soutien psychologique auprès des patients souffrants d’anxiété, de dépression, de stress post-traumatique (maltraitance, violence, abus sexuel…), les victimes d’harcèlement (scolaire, professionnelle et sexuelles) et de burn-out parental. Je réalise également des évaluations de fonctionnement cognitif général (QI) des enfants (de 6 ans à 16 ans et 11 mois) dans le cadre de difficultés ou de troubles des apprentissages (retard de développement, haut potentiel…). Je suis également une psychologue de première ligne pour enfants/adolescents (0-23ans)

As a licensed clinical psychologist, my therapeutic practice is based on a holistic approach to the individual, taking into account emotions, thoughts, body, behavior, spirituality and environment. My background has given me clinical experience in various fields: chronic stress, burn-out, depression, anxiety, cancer, trauma, chronic pain and psychosomatics. The therapeutic work I propose is based on brief therapy and reassociative trauma psychotherapy (RTTP). RTP is a therapeutic tool practiced with the help of strategic conversational hypnosis used for the desensitization of traumatic events whose goal is to reassociate and rebalance the different cognitive, emotional and physical perceptions in order to decrease the traumatic load. During a session, we dialogue and co-construct in order to create the conditions of change that you want to see in your life, the objective being that you can regain control over your emotions and physical sensations. My professional and personal experience also allows me to offer you mind-body tools such as relaxation, breathing, bodyscan and yoga, and psychoeducation if you suffer from chronic pain. I invite you to express yourself in a caring, empathetic and non-judgmental listening space in order to explore together what you are experiencing and to offer you a therapeutic accompaniment that takes into account your problematic and your singularity. I offer consultations for adults, in individual interviews, going through the following difficulties - Chronic and psychosomatic pain (fibromyalgia, polyarthritis, headaches, back pain, gastrointestinal disorders,...) - Anxiety, phobias - Chronic stress, exhaustion, burn-out - Difficulties related to hypersensitivity. More generally, I accompany and support you in your personal, relational, marital and professional difficulties in order to remobilize your resources and find motivation, joy of living, self-confidence and self-esteem.

Madame De Cock a suivi de nombreuses formations afin d'avoir une approche globale et le recul nécessaire pour apporter une solution adaptée à ses patients. Elle a d'abord suivi une formation à l'Université Catholique de Louvain en Psychologie clinique pour être diplômé en 2013; puis a choisi de poursuivre un cursus à Ichec Entreprise pour développer des compétence de management; enfin, de 2016 à 2019 elle a rejoint le CFNA où elle a été diplômé en Psychologie systémique (2016), Ostéopathie bio-énergétique (2017), Nutrithérapie (2019). Toutes ces formations lui permettent d'apporter les meilleures solutions possibles à ses patients.
