I have been a physiotherapist for 7 years now. I practice in Namur, at the Hêtre et Grandir center and in Waremme. I will be happy to receive you at the office to treat any disorder in the field of ortho-traumatology (lumbar or cervical pain, tendinopathy, elongation, surgery, sprain, fracture, etc.). Don't let a pain drag on. I also specialize in pelvi perineology, which means that I help women with all their problems concerning the intimate sphere, whether during adolescence, pregnancy or during the menopause. Who has never heard of bladder weakness? Urgent, sometimes even incapacitating urges? Intimate pain? Re-education of the perineum? Don't let this subject be taboo and dare to talk about it. I also work with children with incontinence, enuresis or constipation problems. The basis of my treatments is to see the patient as a whole, listen to his needs and find the best solutions to solve or relieve the problem. You will have understood that no two sessions are alike, everything will be adapted according to your history and your expectations.

Manon Moreau, physiotherapist specializing in sports physiotherapy, welcomes you at the Tivoli center in Laeken and at the Bogemans Paramedical center in Wemmel. She is trained at the runner's clinic, in lumbo-pelvic manual therapy, in sports physiotherapy and in post-natal physiotherapy. With 9 years of practice in a medical center, I have enriched my practice with exchanges with my colleagues doctors, nurses, psychologists,... Through my various trainings, I have specialized in the treatment of joint, muscle and nerve pain (sciatica, cervicobrachialgia,...), pregnancy support and respiratory kinesiology for babies. I followed the 2 year certificate in manual therapy at UCL and other trainings (Trigger Points, Maitland, Stecco Fasciatherapy, Mulligan, neurodynamics,...) which give me many strings to my bow to help you with your back pain, neck, shoulder, knee, headaches, osteoarthritis,... Physiotherapy, for me, is a collaborative work with the patient. I like to share my knowledge of the body and its pathologies to help you better understand and manage your pain. Passionate about pregnancy, I accompany mothers and couples to prepare for childbirth. My goal is to give them the necessary resources and advice concerning breathing, labor positions, effective pushing,... Vous pouvez me consulter pour une séance pré-opératoire ou une revalidation post-opératoire (genou, hanche et épaule), pour des problèmes musculosquelettiques/orthopédiques. Je suis aussi capable de vous procurer des soins afin de vous libérer des douleurs lombaires (dos) et cervicales (cou). Dans ma pratique quotidienne, je place le patient au centre de traitement et l'encourage à être acteur de son propre traitement. Je propose des séances qui s'adaptent à vos besoins. Passionate about my profession, I have specialized over the years in 2 specific areas: manual therapy and pelvi perineology. Nicolas holds a Master's degree in physical therapy and rehabilitation from the Université Libre de Bruxelles. He is specialized in orthopedic, postoperative, neurological and cardio-respiratory physical therapy. As a registered physiotherapist, he collaborates with the CHU Saint-Pierre, the Bracops Hospital, the Molière-Longchamp Hospital and the Erasme Hospital. Nayis David is a registered physiotherapist practicing at Basic-fit at Place Jourdan. Passionate about his profession and attentive to his patients, his areas of activity are mainly general physiotherapy (Musculoskeletal disorders such as sprains, tendinopathy, neck pain, lower back pain, etc.; Respiratory disorders; Cardiac rehabilitation; Post -operatives; Fractures,...), sports physiotherapy (Sports injury, hooking, sports manual therapy, rehabilitation, athlete monitoring,...) and plans to soon train in maxillofacial physiotherapy (TMJ disorders) and physiotherapy vestibular. His approach consists of having better pain management by putting the patient at the center of his rehabilitation via several manual techniques and different exercises specific to the patient while basing on his experience in outpatient services (Cardiac revalidation at the Clinique de Europe and in Orthopedic Revalidation at the Bois de la Pierre Clinic).
