Qualified as a physiotherapist in 2013, I practiced in private practice for 5 years. I completed my skills with training in sports physiotherapy which allowed me to work within the medical staff of a football team and an indoor football team. I also have a diploma as a personal trainer with 3 years of experience in a gym. Having lived 4 years in Montreal as a therapist in a sports clinic, I was able to develop my skills in massage therapy. These new skills help me complete my overall patient care. My skills as a physiotherapist and personal trainer allow me to best support patients in their healing processes and reduce the risks of recurrence. My knowledge and experience allow me to treat a large number of pathologies affecting the musculoskeletal system (sprain, fracture, muscle damage, postural disorder, etc.). Calm and curious by nature, I will take the time to understand your needs as best as possible in order to find the best way to act on them.

Marie-Françoise pratique la kinésithérapie générale tant passive qu'active, ainsi que pré-natale et post-partum. Elle est actuellement en spécialisation en périnéologie (rééducation du périnée). Consultation conventionnée.

Sien Peeters works as a physiotherapist at the "Centre Médical Jourdan" in Etterbeek. She graduated from KULeuven in June 2018 with a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Sciences and Kinesitherapy. Patients can contact her for all kinds of problems and injuries: musculoskeletal problems, sports injuries, jaw joint problems etc.

Kinésithérapeute passionnée par la pédiatrie depuis le début de mes études, j’ai développé une expérience grâce à mes stages et à mes premières prises en charge en tant que professionnelle. Cela me permet aujourd’hui de proposer un accompagnement adapté aux besoins spécifiques pédiatriques.

Elias is a graduate in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation with a Master’s degree in Sports Physiotherapy.

I have a Master's degree in Physiotherapy and studied at the Haute Ecole Bruxelles-Brabant in Auderghem. Empathetic and attentive to my patients, this allows me to create a relationship of trust, and thus provide care specific to each patient. Passionate about the field of pediatrics, I am currently specializing in this field. Working at the children's hospital (HUDERF), it allows me to develop my skills in this field.

Diplômée en 2023 de l’ULB, je suis une kinésithérapeute attentive pour qui le confort et le bien-être du patient sont prioritaires. J’accorde une grande importance à la collaboration : définir ensemble des objectifs clairs et encourager le patient à être acteur de son traitement fait pleinement partie de ma pratique.

J’aime d’ailleurs me baser sur l’idée du proverbe : « Apprends à un homme à pêcher et il pêchera toute sa vie » — transmettre des outils et des stratégies permet au patient de mieux comprendre son corps et de gagner en autonomie.

Je prends en charge aussi bien les pathologies aiguës que chroniques, avec une approche personnalisée et évolutive.

Je suis également spécialisée dans la prise en charge maxillo-faciale (ATM, douleurs oro-faciales, rééducation post-chirurgicale…) ainsi que dans le traitement des cervicalgies.

Etant nageuses depuis de nombreuses années cela m’a conduite à devenir professeur pour enfants et adultes, enrichissant ainsi ma compréhension des mouvements et des mécanismes corporels essentiels à la rééducation.

A graduate of the Haute École Ilya Prigogine, I acquired solid experience in physiotherapy during my academic career. I have worked in various fields, such as sport, psychiatry, neurology, as well as in the treatment of general pathologies frequently encountered by physiotherapists. My final thesis focused on injuries among CrossFit practitioners. Today, as a physiotherapist, I am proud to serve at the Care Happy Center and the Molière Hospital. My main goal is to continue to improve myself and expand my professional skills. This is why I am committed to further training in sports physiotherapy, manual therapy and acupuncture. My field of intervention includes not only sports-related pathologies, but also all other orthopedic, traumatic, post-operative conditions, and much more. Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. You can find her at the Solilau medical center in Rosières, as well as at her private practice in Lasne.

Spécialisé dans la prise en charge de sportifs, professionnel ou amateur. De la gestion et diminution des symptômes jusqu'à la réathletisation, en passant par une remise en charge progressive et adaptée.

Indispensable notamment pour rupture ligamentaire, fracture, luxation, entorse, déchirure musculaire, tendinopathie...

Grâce à l'obtention d'un diplôme en thérapies manuelles, j'associe à ce travail actif, une prise en charge passive indispensable.

Cette dernière consiste à travailler les articulations et les tissus afin de libérer des limitations d'amplitudes. Cela permettra de réaliser des mouvements plus souples et sans douleur.

Je porte également un intérêt accru à l'articulation de l'épaule. Douleurs aiguës, chroniques ou post-opératoire.

L'objectif sera de trouver la technique permettant de diminuer les douleurs et d'augmenter la capacité physique grâce à une prise en charge individualisée.
