Au cours de mes années de pratique, j’ai développé mon expérience en tant que kinésithérapeute en centre de rééducation spécialisé en ortho- traumato et en tant qu’indépendante. - Yoga Vinyasa : pratique du yoga adapté à la personne. Source d’inspiration pour mes exercices de mobilité et de respiration en kiné.
- Nutrition : conseils et orientation vers mes collègues nutritionniste
- Programmation Neuro Linguistique (PNL), hypnose : utilisées en complément, si nécessaire lors de prise en charge.
Ce qui me permet d’avoir une vision plus globale de votre prise en charge que se soit au cabinet ou à domicile.
