Diplômé en kinésithérapie de l’Université libre de Bruxelles, je prends en charge les douleurs musculo‑squelettiques, la rééducation pré/post‑opératoire, les troubles de la marche, les troubles posturaux, la gériatrie et la kinésithérapie respiratoire.

En spécialisation de kinésithérapie sportive, j’associe bilans précis, exercices fonctionnels et conseils ciblés pour optimiser votre récupération.

Mon approche est basée sur l’écoute, la rigueur et l’accompagnement actif afin de vous aider à retrouver mobilité, confort et confiance dans vos mouvements.

Sarah Dillies est kinésithérapeute diplômée de la Haute École Léonard De Vinci et formée en kinésithérapie du sport en 2024.

Sportive depuis petite et passionnée par le corps humain et les fonctionnalités qu’il nous apporte, elle accorde une importance au fait que le mouvement reste le meilleur allié pour notre santé physique et mentale.

Diplômée d’un Master en kinésithérapie, je vous accompagne avec une approche personnalisée, bienveillante et à l’écoute. Mon objectif est de vous aider à retrouver votre mobilité, autonomie et qualité de vie en soulageant vos douleurs et en optimisant vos capacités fonctionnelles.

Mon approche combine techniques manuelles et exercices adaptés, afin de favoriser une récupération optimale. 

Je pratique de la kinésithérapie générale et je prends en charge les différents troubles musculo-squelettiques : lombalgie, tendinopathie, entorse, fracture, douleurs chroniques, troubles de la marche ainsi que la rééducation pré/post-opératoire.

Diplômée en drainage lymphatique manuel (méthode Leduc), j’interviens aussi dans la prise en charge des œdèmes et jambes lourdes.

Je vous recevrai avec plaisir au centre The Lab les lundis, mercredis et jeudis.

Ayant effectué des stages en cabinet et à l'hôpital, j'ai acquis une expérience en neurologie, gériatrie, traumatologie, rhumatologie et en orthopédie. À la fin de mes études, j'ai également obtenu un certificat du traitement de l'œdème (méthode Leduc). Mrs. Katerien De Paepe is a physiotherapist since 2005. She is specialized in prenatal physiotherapy, postnatal physiotherapy and perineal rehabilitation after having obtained her certificate of physiotherapy in perineology at the UCL in 2008. Graduated with a Master's degree in physiotherapy from the Catholic University of Louvain in 2019. I had the opportunity to work for 3 consecutive years in France. Sociable, attentive, smiling and empathetic, I enjoy contact with patients and my goal is to offer them the best possible rehabilitation as well as to see them evolve. Assessing my patients and working in a personalized and individual manner is essential for me in order to gain their trust and establish a therapeutic alliance. Graduated in 2013, I specialized in sports physiotherapy in Paris (KINESPORT) until 2015. I now work in a well-equipped multidisciplinary center with a dynamic, specialized and attentive team.

As a physical therapist, my goal is to help the person as much as possible in their rehabilitation. The work is always done according to the needs and objectives of the patient. The treatment is based on a precise analysis of the problem in order to treat the pathology at its source, and the patient is always active in his rehabilitation.
