Je souffre du bas du dos depuis des années, et tous les kinés que j'ai consultés m'ont toujours fait faire...et refaire... les mêmes exercices... ou des "petits massages" qui n'ont pas donné beaucoup de résultats. Je pense avoir enfin trouvé en Benjamin Geudin un kiné qui comprend mes douleurs et m'explique BIEN et de manière un peu plus technique mes muscles et leurs interactions, et qui teste d'autres techniques (ex : ventouses, je n'avais jamais eu ! et ça m'a fait beaucoup de bien). J'ai hâte de découvrir les prochaines techniques, qui je l'espère, vont m'aider à "vieillir" avec "moins mal partout" ! ;=)
