Trained in perineal and perinatal rehabilitation, I see you in my office for all pathologies linked to these spheres: urinary (incontinence, overactive bladder, etc.), anorectal (constipation, incontinence, etc.) and sexual (pain , vaginismus, etc.). I also support the woman in her maternity ward through preparation for childbirth and relief of pregnancy-related pain, and subsequently during active postnatal rehabilitation of the perineum and abdominal muscles. Nayis David is a registered physiotherapist practicing at Basic-fit at Place Jourdan. Passionate about his profession and attentive to his patients, his areas of activity are mainly general physiotherapy (Musculoskeletal disorders such as sprains, tendinopathy, neck pain, lower back pain, etc.; Respiratory disorders; Cardiac rehabilitation; Post -operatives; Fractures,...), sports physiotherapy (Sports injury, hooking, sports manual therapy, rehabilitation, athlete monitoring,...) and plans to soon train in maxillofacial physiotherapy (TMJ disorders) and physiotherapy vestibular. His approach consists of having better pain management by putting the patient at the center of his rehabilitation via several manual techniques and different exercises specific to the patient while basing on his experience in outpatient services (Cardiac revalidation at the Clinique de Europe and in Orthopedic Revalidation at the Bois de la Pierre Clinic). Graduated from a Master in Physiotherapy in 2016, I work mainly in Manual Therapy (Australian Manual Therapy certificate) including a visceral approach and the temporo mandibular joint. I also work at the muscular level in Trigger Point, Dry Needling or with suction cups. The objective is to have a global approach to allow the most individualized treatment to meet the needs of each patient.

A registered physiotherapist with a Master's degree in physiotherapy and rehabilitation at ULB, I practice general physiotherapy and manual therapy. I will be happy to support you effectively in your rehabilitation, whether sports, orthopedic, cardiological, neurological or geriatric. I take care of the Braine-l'Alleud Castors women's basketball team playing in Belgian division 1. I have also trained in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and take care of your children suffering from bronchiolitis and pneumonia. Very dynamic and attentive, I am keen to specifically adapt the sessions to your needs while remaining aligned with the latest scientific data and of course our final objective. Graduated in 2019 from a master in physical therapy at the Haute Ecole Libre de Bruxelles, I immediately trained in sports physical therapy as well as in manual therapy (Kinesport, Kinesitherapy of the Sport Expert). I am also a physiotherapist for the soccer club Royal Racing Club Etterbeek. This has allowed me to deepen my knowledge and expertise on sports pathologies, in order to offer you an optimal treatment that will meet your different objectives. Specialized in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders and overload pathologies, post-traumatic/orthopedic surgery of the lower limb (ACL, meniscal pathology...), I also have an affinity for the treatment of cervical and dorsolumbar pathologies.

Passionate about perinatality and gynecology, I mainly consult for future and young mothers as well as for pathologies of the pelvic sphere, in particular endometriosis, a subject in which I am very involved with awareness and research projects. I also practice physical therapy for musculoskeletal disorders (sprains, fractures, post-operation, low back pain, neck pain, tendinopathy...) and I am specialized in the treatment of runners. In parallel to the Mimosa Center, I work at the Molière-Longchamp hospital in the orthopedic outpatient department as well as in the Therapeos practice dedicated to women (childbirth preparation, pregnancy-related pain, post-natal rehabilitation, pain and perineal disorders, sports support). In order to provide you with the most adapted and optimal support possible, I am constantly looking for new scientific and practical training and information.
