Zowel Dr. Ossieur als de verpleegster zijn heel vriendelijk. Ze geven de kinderen een goed gevoel en stellen de ouders gerust. Ze nemen uitgebreid de tijd.

Zeer goed gevoel bij onze pediater. Die haar tijd neemt om ons dochtertje gerust te stellen en de tijd te nemen voor vragen van ons als ouder. Ook complimenten aan de student geneeskunde die even bij ons alleen was en de tijd nam om spelender wijs met de stethoscoop ons dochtertje te laten wennen hieraan.

Wij zijn zeer tevreden over de diensten en het personeel van AZ Alma. Zeer tevreden over onze kinderarts. Ze is altijd vriendelijk en erg begaan met onze zoon. We krijgen altijd een goed advies en antwoord op onze vragen wat echt als een steun wordt ervaren bij het grootbrengen van een klein wondertje. Wij kiezen voor een 2e kindje sowieso terug voor dokter Julie Ossieur🤗

Ik kon op het afgesproken uur naar binnen. De verpleegster was heel vriendelijk en heeft mijn dochter gewogen en gemeten en haar spuitje klaargelegd. De dokter was ook heel vriendelijk en gaf veel uitleg en heeft goed geholpen met de vragen die ik had.
