Graduated from the European School of Osteopathy, Maidstone, Kent, England in 2008, Julie, creator of the Espace Osteonergie project, is particularly aware of pregnant women and perinatal conditions. Practicing a gentle osteopathy without "trust" of the spine, she uses a method of osteopathy that she developed during her practice and her experience allowing the body to self-regulate by itself, by positioning itself in fulcrum around which the body can release its tensions. She is particularly sensitive to the close link between the body and emotions. Also trained in biological decoding of the body, she follows her patients in their awareness of what their “illness has said”. Since September 2020, she has been teaching her knowledge both to osteopaths interested in her technique and to people wishing to learn more about the close link that exists between their body and their emotions (see in the "news" section: first training given: Approach somato emotional and energetic of the "badly said).

    Hi, I have a small Hernia (L5-S1) which pushes on the sciatic nerve. The pain is now extended to the knee/calf/foot. Which is the specialist I should get in contact with?

    • Hello, you can see an osteopath maybe to try to see if any vertebra that is not moving properly is making the pain extending.

    Hi, I think I sprained my left knee. So, I got a knee support from the pharmacy to support recovery. As a self-diagnosis, I have no problems walking, the inner side ligaments seem to be healing better, but even after 8 weeks, the knee still feel sore. I can swim, but not really run and certainly not do any contact sports. It's probably best to finally see a general doctor. After seeing a general doctor, in case it is necessary, what could be the possible next steps to investigate what is wrong with the knee?
