Première fois que je consulte l’orthopédiste DRUEZ. Spécialiste à l’écoute et bienveillant envers le patient. Il a pris le temps d’expliquer le diagnostic et que faire pour le suivi du traitement, ce qui m’a beaucoup rassurée. Je n’hésiterai absolument pas à le revoir après l’examen proposé pour le suivi du traitement.

De orthopedist was kortaf en had moeite met luisteren naar de patiënt. Er werd door de patiënt uitdrukkelijk om een Nederlandstalig verslag gevraagd aan de orthopedist maar hij gaf een Franstalig verslag en zei dat hij geen tijd heeft voor een Nederlandstalig verslag. Hij luisterde ook niet naar de klachten en pijn van de patiënt. Alhoewel er in zijn profiel staat dat hij Nederlands kent. Nadien ik belde durfde hij zonder enig schaamte 45 euro extra te vragen voor een Nederlandstalig verslag. Zeker niet aan te raden!

Je suis allee a mon rdv avec ma maman qui marche avec 2 bequilles, nous sommes sorties de la maison alors que le sol etait humide suite a la pluie, ma maman a pris le risque se sortir de la maison, 40 minutes d embouteillages, on arrive au rdv et le medecin me dit je n ai pas d infiltration je ne sais pas faire, je me suis enervee au lieu de me prevenir par telephone avt mon rdv, il me dit ca au moment de la consultation donc j ai du retourner a la maison sans faire l infiltration. Medecin qui manque du respect envers ses patients, il ne s est meme pas excuse plus jamais j irai chez ce medecin et je vous deconseille.
