Dr. Bonnelance is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in shoulder surgery. Médecin très compétent et bienveillant. Diagnostic précis grâce à son matériel d'échographie, traitement réalisé immédiatement avec une grande maîtrise, sans douleur et sous contrôle échographique. Je me sens déjà mieux et je le recommande vivement ! Dommage que Doctor Anytime ne précise pas que le cabinet est au Léo (Royal Leopold Club) ce qui m'aurait permis de visualiser directement le lieu (facile de stationnement).

Mon rendez-vous n’a pas eu lieu, malgré le fait que j’étais à l’heure et à la bonne adresse indiquée sur l’application. En arrivant sur place, j’ai découvert qu’il s’agissait d’un centre médical réservé uniquement aux séances de kiné. J’ai alors appelé le numéro de téléphone fourni sur l'application et me suis retrouvée en ligne avec la réception d’un hôpital. La réceptionniste m’a informé que je n’étais pas la première personne à appeler aujourd’hui pour le même problème. Elle m’a confirmé que Dr. Bonnelance exerce effectivement chez eux, mais pas ce jour-là, et que mon nom n’apparaissait pas sur leur liste des rendez-vous. C’est vraiment regrettable! J’avais pris ce rendez-vous longtemps à l’avance et j’ai dû réorganiser plusieurs engagements pour me libérer.

Le chirurgien s’est montré très rassurant et précis dans ses explications. Il a pris son temps pour bien analyser la situation, avec une exceptionnelle écoute bienveillante. Bref, une perle rare dans un milieu de requin! Son analyse collait parfaitement à mes ressentis physiques et les interventions proposées ont chacune été pertinente et bien argumentée. Je recommande à 1000%

L'orthopédistes Maxime Bonnelance est à l'écoute, il prends le temps pour avoir les renseignements nécessaire, il s'exprime simplement. Il explique clairement les suites et le suivi de la visite. Il est à la fois très professionnel et d'une grande gentillesse. On se sent directement à l'aise. Il m'avait été chaudement recommandé et je ne peux que faire la même chose.
