Toutes les 'explications explicatilns necessaires et de nombreux conseils. Excellente prise en charge malgré une intervention réputée douloureuse ( malheureusement pas seulement une reputation) heureusement avec un praticien sympathique et souriant, et un très bon massage en fin de séance, ça passe, merci!

Séance de renforcement très appréciée grâce à l’amabilité et à la bienveillance de l’encadrement. Les explications ont été claires et détaillées, ce qui m’a permis de bien comprendre chaque exercice et de les réaliser en toute confiance.
