Suite à des migraines chroniques, ma neurologue m'a conseillée de faire un suivi kinésithérapique pour essayer de prévenir les douleurs. J'ai donc entamé un suivi avec Christelle Fraiha qui se montre tout à fait à l'écoute et avec qui nous travaillons principalement au renforcement musculaire de la nuque et des muscles avoisinants. Le suivi de passe très bien pour le moment et les étirements conseillés m'aident à relâcher certaines des tensions que j'ai.
