In de praktijk ontmoet je mij als empathische gesprekspartner en durf ik je uitdagen. Ik hou van transparante communicatie en van een huiselijke sfeer. Van opleiding ben ik bachelor in de toegepaste psychologie, erkend diëtiste én gecertificeerd intuïtief eten counselor. Daarnaast ben ik bijgeschoold om mensen met eetstoornissen te begeleiden. Ik vind het heel belangrijk om te blijven leren, zo volgde ik bijscholing rond emotioneel eten, lichaamsbeeld, kindervoeding en bewustzijnstraining.
