Vriendelijk en beleefd onthaal. De tandarts was een rustige en heel vriendelijke man. Hij luistert aandachtig naar het probleem en geeft duidelijke informatie tijdens de behandeling wat mij een geruststellend gevoel gaf. Deze tandarts heeft mij heel goed geholpen, ben ontzettend dankbaar. De vrouwelijke assistente was eveneens beleefd, rusig en vriendelijk en gaf duidelijke en correcte info betreft info, verslag,...( bekomen in mailbox). Ben blij dat DentUrgent bestaat ! Nogmaals Dank U wel ! Aan gans het team fijne kerstdagen en een vreugdevol, gezond 2026!

De tandarts die mij geholpen heeft , heeft mij met liefde ,geduld en empathie geholpen, er was een moment dat ik een beetje emotioneel werd, maar ze heeft mij gerust gesteld, haar assistent ook een fijne vrouw, ik was daar een week eerder en toen was er een chinese collega, die mij niet wou helpen omdat ik het niet kon betalen, ze had geen empathie en was echt niet aardig. nu ik moet eerlijk zijn er zijn inderdaad mensen die niet betalen en gelijk vertrekken, maar zo een persoon ben ik niet, ze gaf mij niet de tijd om mijn uitleg te doen, ik ben blij dat het zo gegaan is , want ik heb in de plaats toch een hele lieve Duitse tandarts ervoor terug gekregen. Very nice dentist. She really helped me. My appointment was at 12:00, but they were running behind so I could see the dentist at 13:00. Overall very good service. They also kept us informed about waiting time and told us they were running behind.
