Er werd clindamycine voorgeschreven. Toen ik zei dat ik daar allergisch op gereageerd had in het verleden werd ik niet geloofd. Via mijn huisarts andere antibiotica gekregen. Voor de rest correcte en vriendelijke uitleg.

Ik had een spoedafspraak om 12:00 en heb €10 betaald. Ik was op tijd aanwezig, maar ik moest extreem lang wachten zonder enige uitleg of respect voor mijn tijd. Uiteindelijk moest ik vertrekken vanwege andere verplichtingen. Dit is totaal onprofessioneel, zeker voor een betaalde spoedafspraak.
