Had om 15 u een afspraak en konden binnen rond half 4 . Ik was met een angstige 8- jarige en hier hebben ze geweldig rekening met gehouden. Alles rustig uitgelegd op tempo van mijn zoontje, stap per stap gezegd wat er ging doen .

De beoordelingen voor alle 5 bijgewoonde afspraken,sinds de eerste spoedafspraak,zullen exact dezelfde zijn.Dit door een vreselijke,serieuze en harde fietsongeval met volledige gezicht op de grond met veel gevolgen zoals oa gebroken tanden,uitgevallen vullingen.Er werd vernomen dat situatie veel erger was,waardoor ik meerdere malen moet gaan,zodat elk tand met alle zorg,tijd,goed en definitief hersteld wordt.Telkens door alle medewerkers met alle vriendelijkheid,begrip en beleefdheid behandeld.Werd telkens heel duidelijk geïnformeerd over de situatie van elk tand:wat het probleem was,wat er moest gebeuren,duidelijke planning met uitleg en prijzen opgemaakt.Tijdens de comfortabele en pijnloze behandelingen,in zeer propere zalen,met zeer geavanceerde technieken,werd ik met alle duidelijkheid geïnformeerd over el stap,al mijn vragen met veel geduld en duidelijkheid beantwoord en telkens naar buiten gegaan met alle tevredenheid en rust.In het kort:nooit zo perfecte ervaringen meegemaakt!!!

Heel dankbaar en opgelucht dat ik in het weekend hier terecht kon. Ik had immense tandpijn en de situatie kon niet meer wachten. Mits een spoedingreep ben ik verlost van de pijn.
