Wij zijn geweest voor tandpijn van mijn kind, op eigen initiatief heb ik de foto gestuurd naar de zijn vast tandarts en blijkbaar er was een abces. Dit was niet vermeld door de tandarts van wacht. In de week ben ik naar de huisarts geweest en hij zocht in de dossier van mijn kind maar er was geen informatie over de bezoek van de tandarts van wacht, hij wou de foto zien dat was getrokken van hij vond niks in zijn dossier. Ik vind een vervelend situatie, ik had een professionele aanpak verwacht.

Charlie Krithika ⸻ Ik bevond me in een moeilijke situatie en er moesten twee tanden worden verwijderd. Ik waardeer professionaliteit, precisie, integriteit en een hoge kwaliteit van zorg enorm — en precies dat heb ik hier ervaren. Dokter Charlie en zijn assistent waren uitzonderlijk menselijk, warm en betrokken. Alles gebeurde met veel zorg, aandacht en duidelijkheid. Ik voelde me gehoord, serieus genomen en goed ondersteund gedurende het hele proces. Ze deden werkelijk alles wat mogelijk was om mij te helpen. Ik kan dokter Charlie van harte aanbevelen en ben diep dankbaar, niet alleen voor de professionele hulp, maar ook voor de menselijke steun en het gevoel van veiligheid dat ik heb mogen ervaren.
